✨WITHOUT COMMUNICATION, LATE GRACE PERIOD IS 15 MINUTES FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP SICK OR WITH A SICK CHILD. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE YOU AT ANY GIVEN POINT. ✨CANCELLATION - must be with in 24 hours of appointment. Otherwise deposit/reservation is forfeited. In case of an emergency, sickness, etc. please contact me directly so that your appointment may be rescheduled. Last minute childcare issues, forgetting your appointment, misunderstanding the confirmation, etc. are not considered emergencies, those will fall under a no-show without communication. Appointments that did not place a deposit at the time of booking will be charged 20% of the appointment cost if you no show without communication. ✨RESCHEDULING - Must be within 24 hours of appointment. Otherwise deposit is forfeited and another deposit is required to rebook. The appointments with a deposit must be rescheduled and completed within 14 days of original appointment. If you no showed your original appointment- you must pay 50% of your next appointment up front in order to reschedule. ✨NO SHOWS - Not showing up to your appointment without communication will result in loss of deposit or prepayment. Clients who no-show are required to pay 50% in order to rebook which is also nonrefundable. This doesn’t apply to the new appointment. IF YOU NO SHOW A SECOND TIME the deposit/ prepayment/ 50% will be forfeited & YOU WILL BE BANNED. ✨REFUNDS - may offer a partial refund or a complimentary re-do if a client expresses significant dissatisfaction with their hair. This is at the discretion of the hairstylist. No refund promised for any circumstance. You are paying for product & time as well as outcome. Please respect. ✨I try my hardest to work with you as long as communication is there. I know life happens & fast. Please consider that I too have a life & precious time outside of the salon.
